Small changes to the AI workflow. This branch keeps collecting them.

• New RFP examples: five gray pills under the composer (Fund a cure for cancer, Fund novel longevity research, …). One click sends a fuller prompt as the first message and starts the draft. New proposal has none.
• How it works: a card beside Concierge that opens the four steps (Publish your RFP → Researchers submit proposals → Peer review → Delegate the funds). They show as a horizontal stepper with icons on desktop and a vertical list on phones. The steps come back from the removed StartJourney.
• No model picker: AI_MODEL_SELECTION_ENABLED = false in types/researchAI.ts hides the model and effort controls everywhere (workspace and notebook), and no message sends a model or effort, so the API's tier default runs.
• One title: the document's first heading is its title, and the publishing details sit right under it (rendered inside the editor). The separate title box is gone. The note's saved title follows the heading only when the user edits or accepts changes, never just on open. Publish asks for a missing or short title, with a live count and a Save button. An empty or removed heading shows "Add title".
• Top bar and sidebar: the top bar shows a loading bar (no back arrow) until the document loads, then its heading, with no stale or "Untitled" flashes, including when switching drafts. While the assistant drafts, the document shows a "Drafting" dot and the open document's sidebar row gets a blue dot (no extra requests).
• Tooltips: a white tooltip beside a sidebar document shows its full title when cut off; each detail under a document's title explains itself on hover with a small sketch of how it shows when published.
• Chat: no title beside History (the top bar has it); a new chat shows one line of what the assistant can do under a sparkles icon, no suggestion buttons; a refusal offers "Edit message" (puts it back in the composer) and "New chat".
• Publish dialog: RFP application visibility, proposal visibility and "Open for" are compact boxed switches with icons, the chosen option explained underneath; the nonprofit section opens straight to a compact search.
