X gives you no export button. If you want your following list, a competitor's follower list, or an account's recent tweets as data you can actually work with, you copy it by hand. AutoFollowers is a Chrome and Edge extension that exports those lists to CSV, analyses tweet engagement to show when an account is active and which followers matter, and assists with following and unfollowing from a target account's list. Everything is processed in your browser — nothing is uploaded to a server.

Download the Following list, Followers list, or tweet history of a specified X account as a CSV file. Batch export handles large accounts in one pass, so a list you'd otherwise scroll for an hour becomes a spreadsheet you can sort, filter and diff.
Pull an account's tweets and analyse engagement — likes, retweets and replies — with heatmaps that surface peak activity windows and the accounts driving the most interaction. Useful for deciding whether a target account is worth engaging with before you spend any time on it.
Work through a target account's Following or Followers list and follow or unfollow in sequence, instead of clicking through profiles one at a time. Actions run in your own signed-in session at a paced rate.
- Install the extension and open X signed in to your account.
- Go to the profile whose Following, Followers or tweets you want to work with.
- Choose Export, Analyse, or Follow / Unfollow from the extension panel.
- Export downloads a CSV directly. Follow and unfollow runs show live progress and can be stopped at any point.
- All data processing happens inside your browser — nothing is uploaded to the cloud
- Uses your existing signed-in session; there is no login screen and no credential field
- CSV files are written straight to your machine

How do I export my Twitter/X following list? Open the profile, click Export in the extension panel, and choose Following, Followers or Tweets. The result downloads as a CSV. There is no native way to do this on X — the official archive doesn't give you a usable follower list either.
Can I export someone else's follower list? Yes, for any public account you can view in a browser. The extension reads what's already rendered in your session; it does not access private accounts or anything you couldn't see yourself.
Is my data secure? Yes. All processing happens locally in your browser with no cloud uploads. The extension never asks for your X password and there's no account to create for the extension itself.
What does the tweet analysis actually show? Engagement per tweet — likes, retweets and replies — aggregated into heatmaps that show when an account posts and when it gets traction, plus which accounts interact most. It's for evaluating a target account before you invest time in it.
Will following and unfollowing in bulk affect my account? X rate-limits follow and unfollow actions and treats aggressive patterns as platform manipulation. AutoFollowers paces its actions for that reason, but you are responsible for how you use it — keep volumes conservative, don't run it alongside other automation, and read X's rules on automation before running large sequences.
What's the free plan limited to? 300 records across export, follow and unfollow. Everything else is unlocked, so you can test the real workflow before paying.
Can I cancel my subscription? Any time, from your subscription management page. Access continues to the end of the paid period.

X changes its front end frequently. If an export stops returning results, include your extension version, the browser you're on, and which list you were exporting.
