Refresh the TMCRA Local Memory entry and retain its canonical source URL and repository star badge.

The unified 1.0.0-rc.1 candidate adds a visual knowledge/graph workspace, explicit chat confirmation for corrections, session privacy controls, local Writer/organizer settings, and Windows x64 account-free one-click local deployment.

Source candidate: reshuibuduo/tmcra-plugin-codex#4

npm run verify and release archive integrity checks pass. The candidate is not yet published in the standalone Codex repository: the official scanner misclassifies PyTorch model .eval() calls as dynamic execution. The original security gate is retained; no rules or runtime paths were excluded. Details: https://github.com/reshuibuduo/tmcra-plugin-codex/blob/codex/memory-controls-continuity/docs/security-scanner-review.md

Keeping this description refresh pending source release. The local runtime is a preview: initial downloads need internet, raw CPU recall passed, complex evidence compilation timed out, and organizer/restart/higher-tier acceptance remains pending.
