Summary

  • Replaces basic test.yml with proper split CI workflow (check, fmt, clippy, test)
  • Adds release.yml for tagged releases — publishes to crates.io and creates GitHub release with auto-generated changelog
  • Adds justfile matching rs-compiler conventions for local dev

CI Jobs

  • Check — cargo check --all-targets
  • Format — cargo fmt -- --check
  • Clippy — cargo clippy --all-targets -- -D warnings
  • Test — cargo test

Release Flow

  1. Bump version in Cargo.toml
  2. Push a tag: git tag v0.1.3 && git push --tags
  3. Workflow verifies tag matches Cargo.toml version
  4. Runs tests, publishes to crates.io, creates GitHub release

Requires CARGO_REGISTRY_TOKEN secret to be set in the repo.

- Replace test.yml with proper CI (check, fmt, clippy, test via just)
- Add release.yml: publishes to crates.io on tag push, creates GitHub
  release with changelog
- Add justfile matching rs-compiler conventions
