Adds the post-merge maintenance-release changeset for
@sap/cf-tools(patch).Why
The migration PR (#615) shipped changeset-free on purpose, so the release is a separate step. This mirrors what was done for feature-toggle-node (#618) and inquirer-gui (#617).
Behaviour
No code change. Just a
.changesetentry so the next Version PR releases@sap/cf-toolsfrom the new monorepo location.
