What
Adds a changeset to release @sap-devx/webview-rpc from its new monorepo location.
Why
The migration PR (#614) relocated vscode-webview-rpc-lib into app-studio-toolkit but shipped changeset-free, as migrations do. This is the separate maintenance release. The in-repo version matches the published 1.1.0, so a patch is correct.
Behaviour
On merge, the Release workflow opens a Version PR that bumps @sap-devx/webview-rpc from 1.1.0 to 1.1.1 and writes the changelog. Nothing publishes until that Version PR is merged. No functional code changes. The
rpc-exampleandexample-wsexamples stay in Changesetsignoreand are untouched.Verified locally:
changeset versionbumps only @sap-devx/webview-rpc to 1.1.1, no cascade.
