When I try to config the file I always get the error of Unexpected symbol near '<\239>' ? I dont understand I change one thing like 1 number and then gives me there error, I change it back and still gives me error.

Make sure you are using an editor like VSC or something similar as that can sometimes cause issues.
Redownload the config file and try again.
