Reverts #1179 at the user's request. This is the exact inverse of merge commit 481a8622cc9bc27feae775850e241ec967bac1e3; the resulting repository tree is identical to its parent 9bb7b13eb4985217a6282f340459fd5948613276.

Production has already been restored using Vercel Instant Rollback to the preceding production deployment 8H2dnpuKFDZhwe6pU7tb657pu5z3, built from 9bb7b13. The INFX_PHASE1_READER_REVISION variable has been removed from InferenceX. Vercel pauses automatic production promotion while the rollback is active.

The additive measurement_snapshots table and its migration ledger entry remain in staging and production; this change does not drop database objects or remove existing data. No Phase 1 receipt ingestion was performed. The source migration is removed as part of the exact code revert; restoring the original feature later can reuse the existing applied migration.

The user explicitly authorized merging only this revert. It merged at 2026-09-20T00:29:48Z as 92fef485edd5ae61fe49d01f0e41b67492263bee; current master has exactly the pre-#1179 tree. Other PRs remain open, and the no-merge instruction still applies to them.

Validation:

• Exact tree comparison against the pre-[wip ai slop] Verify immutable receipts before ingest / 导入前验证不可变回执 #1179 commit: passed.
• Pre-commit typecheck, lint, format, and typography checks: passed.
• Workspace unit tests: 6,844 passed, 4 skipped.
• Local Cypress smoke suite: 56 component and 128 integration tests passed.
• Full unit CI and Chrome/Firefox E2E CI: passed. Lint, workflow security, CodeQL, Vercel preview, and Bugbot also passed; no unresolved review threads.
