System Requirements

Installation

Starting the Application

Using the Application

To add a new student to the system, enter the student's name, grade, attendance record, and discipline report in the respective text entry boxes, and click the Add Student button. The new student will be added to the Student List.

To view the information of a student, select the student's name in the Student List. The student's information will be displayed in the text entry boxes.

To delete a student from the system, select the student's name in the Student List and click the Delete Student button.

To generate a report on the student data, click the Generate Report button. The report will be saved as a PDF file in the current directory.

Saving and Loading Data

The Student Information System uses an SQLite database to store the student data. The database is created automatically when the application is started for the first time, and is stored in the file students.db in the current directory.

When the application is closed, the student data is automatically saved to the database. When the application is started, the data is loaded from the database and displayed in the Student List.

Troubleshooting:

If you encounter any issues while using the Student Information System, please follow these steps to troubleshoot:

• Make sure that you have entered valid input values in all the required fields before adding the student.
• Ensure that you have provided a unique name for each student as it will be used as the identifier for each student in the system.
