Adds CSV SafeCheck to the Shopify developer resources list. It is a free browser-local product CSV preflight that reports exact row and column findings without a sign-in or selected-file upload. This is useful when checking import files before Shopify upload. I maintain CSV SafeCheck; the entry links only to the free checker and makes no endorsement claim.
