Should we update these versions in the READMEs for consistency?
...for example with
[`cartCreate`](https://shopify.dev/docs/api/storefront/2026-04/mutations/cartCreate) and related cart mutations.

Update ShopifyAcceleratedCheckouts from Storefront API
2026-04to2026-07, with matching version assertion, README links and examples, and Swift demo fallback. Continue using the deprecated cart and line discount properties for this release.The discount migration is separated into #790 for a later release. Release this version bump first, then merge the stacked migration for a subsequent release.
