- Introduced max_expanded_dashes limit in SigmaWindowsDashModifier to restrict dash expansions.
- Added SigmaModifiedError for exceeding dash expansion limits.
- Set max_placeholder_expansions in SigmaString to limit placeholder expansions.
- Updated tests to validate new limits and error handling.
