SKILL.md missing required name frontmatter, preventing installation with skills CLI

Summary

The Android reverse-engineering skill cannot be installed with the skills CLI because its SKILL.md frontmatter does not include the required name field.

The repository is discovered and cloned successfully, and the correct SKILL.md is found, but validation rejects it.

Steps to reproduce

Run either of the following:

npx skills add https://github.com/SimoneAvogadro/android-reverse-engineering-skill.git

or target the skill directory directly:

npx skills add https://github.com/SimoneAvogadro/android-reverse-engineering-skill/tree/master/plugins/android-reverse-engineering/skills/android-reverse-engineering

Actual behavior

Skipped .../plugins/android-reverse-engineering/skills/android-reverse-engineering/SKILL.md — missing required frontmatter field(s): name
No skills found
No valid skills found. Skills require a SKILL.md with name and description.

Expected behavior

The skill should be detected as android-reverse-engineering and offered for installation.

Cause

The current frontmatter starts with:

description: Decompile Android APK, XAPK, JAR, and AAR files...
trigger: decompile APK|decompile XAPK|reverse engineer Android|...
---

Although .claude-plugin/plugin.json defines the plugin name, the skills CLI validates SKILL.md independently and requires both name and description in that file.

Suggested fix

Add the skill name to the frontmatter:

trigger: decompile APK|decompile XAPK|reverse engineer Android|...
---

This should preserve Claude Code plugin installation while making the skill compatible with standalone skill installers.
