…ool monitor - Add typed domain event bus with 18 events across 5 domains (subscription, billing, analytics, auth, contract), runtime schema validation, event sourcing store with replay/reconstruct, SpyEventBus and EventCollector test utilities, and Prometheus metrics export - Add generic Redis CacheService with single-flight protection, TTL-based expiration, event-driven invalidation via wireInvalidation(), cache warming with concurrency control, cache bypass for stale data, graceful degradation, and Prometheus metrics - Add Brotli/gzip compression middleware with Accept-Encoding negotiation, ETag generation, If-None-Match 304 support, Cache-Control headers, and compression ratio metrics at GET /metrics/compression - Add cursor-based pagination with HMAC-signed opaque cursors, field selection via ?fields= query param, and SQL clause builder helpers - Add MonitoredPool wrapping any pg Pool with connection leak detection, exhaustion alerting, query timeout enforcement, p99 latency tracking, tuning recommendations, and pool dashboard at GET /pool/stats and GET /metrics/pool - Wire all above into IoC container and shared index barrel - Add docs: events.md, cache.md, api-performance.md, database-pooling.md - Add developer-portal API doc for pagination and compression Closes Smartdevs17#756 Closes Smartdevs17#757 Closes Smartdevs17#758 Closes Smartdevs17#759
