I write software for myself first and publish the parts that turned out well. Mostly Windows desktop apps in C#, backends and automation in Python, web frontends in React. Somewhere along the way I got into Android ROM porting, and that's where most of my weekends go now.
I've been at this since 2017 — private tooling for game servers I was running, then Linux and VPS work, then a long pause, then back to it properly in 2023. None of that path was planned.

Slipstream — self-hosted media downloader, FastAPI + React, ships as a single container. The whole point is not lying to you: it only offers formats that actually exist for the URL you paste. No invented 4K options, no fake progress bar, no detour through three ad pages. AGPL-3.0.
SonyDev Cleaner — Windows cleaner in WPF on .NET 8. Preview-first: it shows what it found and how much it frees before anything gets deleted. I wrote it because every other cleaner either hides what it's doing or wants a subscription. GPL-3.0.
HyperOS 4 Port Builder — one-click ROM port builder for the Xiaomi 14 (houji), assembled from two official OTA packages. Handles EROFS repacking, AVB and the fastboot flow. It supports exactly one device on purpose — generic port tools fall apart on precisely these details.
Rust CUI Builder — browser-based visual editor for Rust server plugin interfaces. Drag panels and buttons around instead of guessing pixel coordinates in C#, then export a plugin starter. Apache-2.0.
SonyDev Bypass — .NET 8 launcher client for a self-hosted catalog, updates via Velopack. Source is public so anyone can check what it actually does on their machine.

I try not to lie to the user in the UI. If something is about to be deleted, the app says so plainly. If a video only exists in 720p, nothing advertises 1080p. Most of what's here exists because the tool I wanted was either missing or paywalled.
Everything is GPL, AGPL or Apache — fork it, ship it, open an issue if it breaks.
