- Completely refactor old antimatter sleeve code:
- Remove all copy-pasted sleeve code, all sleeve effects load dynamically now
- Add missing gameset check
- Make it so only upsides apply, mirroring the behavior of Antimatter deck
- Add sleeve customization, similar to the new Antimatter deck
- Apply negative shader
- Update localization files
