Bumps all four packages (server, cli, uds, mcp) and the plugin/marketplace manifests from 10.6.0 to 10.7.0. Ships POST /graph/project for pre-typed entity/relation projection (#235) already on main. Cross-package pins stay at ^10.4.0; the caret range already admits 10.7.0.
