The Date of Birth field currently has a button with an ellipsis (...) for selecting a date. This is not user-friendly, as it does not indicate its purpose. The button should display the text "Select a date" to provide better clarity for users.
Additional context
- Modify the DatePicker button to show "Select a date" instead of ....
- Ensure the button size adjusts properly to fit the new text.
- Maintain existing functionality for date selection.
