Trim the character card to three lines

The selector card had eight lines of text. It now shows only who the character is:

Vaelthir
Elf • Archer • Age 67
Oyfthyr • Last played <1h ago

• Birthday, total playtime, pouch/bank and last location move to the ▶ Play button tooltip. Dialog body text can't show hover tooltips; button tooltips can.
• The slot count moves to the New character tooltip.
• The guild appears only when the character has one, without a Guild: prefix. Last play under an hour ago reads <1h instead of 0h.
• Block reasons still appear on the card.

mvn clean verify passes.
