Add lockGuild and the death-guild index for character-owned locks - #161
Conversation
Death capture records lockGuildIncarnation from the live guilds before the snapshots, through the ungated String-key getGuildByMember, so deaths found by the boot reconcile keep their guild. A member moved into a civil war's rebel main guild records the guild untangle would restore them to. SimpleFactions builds a character-to-incarnation index after the death reconcile and before it reports ready: the most recent journal per character wins, ties deny, and journals without the field derive it from their rights snapshots. Every capture updates the index; a guildless capture removes the entry. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
lockGuild(characterId) answers the guild a character's GUILD and FACTION locks follow: a living or revived character's current guild, or a dead character's guild at death while that incarnation still exists. It is empty until SimpleFactions is ready and for missing or unknown characters. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Stale: the only finding (LockGuildIndex synchronisation) was refuted in-thread with evidence; every index read and write runs on the main thread, and the thread is resolved.
Stage 6a part A: the guild that character-owned GUILD and FACTION locks follow (design rule 8). Thievery calls it; the vehicle work is a separate PR.
API.
SimpleFactionsApi.lockGuild(UUID characterId) -> Optional<Guild>:SimpleFactionsApi.ready();FactionManager.getGuildByMember(characterId), the first match;Capture.
DeathJournalgets a new optional field,lockGuildIncarnation.FactionDeaths.capturecomputes it from the live guilds before the snapshot loop, using the ungated String-keygetGuildByMember, so deaths found by the boot reconcile still record their guild. For the rebel main guild of an active civil war:Index.
CharacterDeaths.indexLockGuilds()runs instart()afterCharacterDeaths.load/reconcileand beforestarted = true. It groups journals by character and reads only the most recent byat; a tie gives no entry. Journals that have the field use it. Older journals use the firstguilds[].membersmatch in their rights snapshots, without civil-war mapping. Every capture updates the index, a guildless capture deletes the entry, and lookups never read from disk.The change is additive. Stage 5 journals load and replay unchanged, which a test checks by stripping the field from a written journal. The version is now 4.1.0.
Validation.
tfmc-mvn -o -B clean verifyat bca3cba passed: 7,820 tests, 0 failures, 100% line coverage. New tests cover:I also mutation-checked the tests: switching capture to the UUID overload, dropping the civil-war mapping or not deleting on a guildless capture each fails them.
CI may fail with 404s for unreleased stage 5 and 6 dependencies until they are released.
