features/table-structure.mdx: Options tab in the tab list, and a new Options tab section covering Character Set, Collation, Convert existing columns and Next Auto Increment.features/safe-mode.mdx: a column character set change and a convert both ask even at Silent.databases/tidb.mdx: drops the "no engine, charset or collation pickers" limitation. TiDB now reads the catalog.images/structure-options.pngand-dark.pngare placeholders until the shots are taken.Documents TableProApp/TablePro#3866. Merge after it.
