fix: default standalone devtools panel props

🎯 Changes

Fixes #82.

• Allow React, Preact, and Solid panels to render without props, including an omitted props argument for both real and no-op components, consistent with Table and Pacer.
• Default to a dark theme and devtoolsOpen: true, matching Table. Preserve explicit dock props and Solid prop reactivity.
• Document standalone usage and cover defaults, omitted arguments, dock props, and no-op panels with 12 adapter tests. pnpm test and pnpm run test:pr pass on Node 24.15.0.
