Add TanStack Markdown and Highlight

What changed

• registers TanStack Markdown and TanStack Highlight as public libraries in UI & UX
• adds library metadata, navigation, stats, sitemap, OG colors, and maintainer ownership
• adds dedicated responsive landing pages and versioned routes
• adds generated route entries and legacy docs redirect coverage

Why

Markdown and Highlight now have packages and complete docs sources, but were not represented on tanstack.com.

Impact

Both libraries appear across library discovery and navigation, with launch pages and docs routing consistent with the rest of the site.

Validation

• pnpm test
• docs source validation: Markdown 24/24 paths, Highlight 30/30 paths
• desktop and 390px mobile visual checks for both landing pages
