Compilation fails when using mingw clang on windows #5

Replacing line 97 to #if ( (__clang__ || _POSIX_C_SOURCE >= 200112L || _XOPEN_SOURCE >= 600) && !defined(_WIN32) ) fixes it, but I am not sure if that is intended behavior?
