#### Close Reasons

A list of reasons to choose from when closing a ticket opened from this panel, sending a close request, or editing a close reason. In `/close` and `/closerequest`, they are suggested as you type. You can add up to 25 reasons, each up to 100 characters.

#### Allow Custom Close Reasons

Toggle whether a custom close reason can also be entered. When disabled, any reason given must come from the list above, but tickets can still be closed without a reason. This option is only available when the panel has close reasons.
