Replace direct S3/MinIO access and local decryption with the archiver service client. Removed S3 client initialization and MinIO deps from cmd/main.go and dropped s3client, AES key and decryption/model-version handling from the processor. Processor now queries the tickets DB for transcript IDs and calls archiver.Client.Get to fetch transcripts (handling archiverclient.ErrNotFound), and the Processor constructor signature was simplified to only accept cachePool. Imports and error logs were adjusted accordingly.
Update the Docker build image from Go 1.24 to Go 1.25 so the project builds with the newer Go toolchain.
Refresh the Go module versions to newer releases of gdl and logarchiver and align the dependency metadata with the current build setup. This also disables the local path replace directives so the project resolves from the module proxy instead of the developer worktree, preventing accidental local override usage.
Reworks export processing to build bounded-size multi-part ZIP archives with manifest metadata, withheld-file tracking, and expanded user data sources. Export delivery now sends parts via DM in batches with retry/backoff and reports partial/failed delivery in callback messaging. Also adds export/cache config knobs, tighter required env parsing, DB pool creation improvements, proxy request hook support, and per-request processing timeouts.
Updates the ownership verification error when guild info cannot be fetched to explicitly state the bot is not in the server and instructs adding it back before retrying. This gives users a clear, actionable reason instead of a generic fetch failure.
