Description

Replaces pascalgn/automerge-action@v0.16.4 with an inline gh pr merge in crowdin-merge.yml.

The action has had no release since 2024-09-22 and declares using: node20. GitHub removes Node 20 from runners on 2026-09-23, so leaving it would break Crowdin auto-merge. gh is preinstalled on the runner and has no Node runtime dependency.

This change hardens the Crowdin merge workflow by only running for PRs opened by tickets-v2, removing broad repository permissions, and switching from the automerge action to `gh pr merge` with explicit squash options. It also adds retry handling and explicit error messages for invalid credentials and non-mergeable PRs, so bot-driven translation PRs merge cleanly without exposing the repo.
This change updates the Crowdin commit message template in `crowdin.yml` to remove the `Fix:` prefix and use a simpler message format: `New translations for %original_file_name%`.
