USDAX Finance is a decentralized CDP (Collateralized Debt Position) protocol. Users deposit crypto collateral, mint USDAX (a 1:1 USD-pegged stablecoin), and repay to unlock their assets. No custodian, no credit check, no KYC. Fully on-chain on Robinhood Chain (Arbitrum Orbit, chain ID 46630).

• Deposit WETH, WBTC, or stETH as collateral
• Mint up to 75-80% LTV in USDAX against your position
• Health Factor below 1.0 opens the position to permissionless liquidation
• Liquidators earn a 5% bonus on seized collateral
• Deposit USDAX into the savings module to earn 4.20% APY
• Protocol governance via APX token (coming soon)

These contracts are deployed on testnet. A formal security audit is in progress prior to any mainnet launch. Do not use with real funds until the audit report is published.
