Maintenance pass on Claude Code Action workflows. Applies three classes of edit atomically:

Bumps the pinned SHA of the reusable Uniswap/ai-toolkit/_generate-pr-metadata.yml workflow (96ef665 → c4820d6) in claude-pr-metadata-update.yml.

Assessment

The caller's contract is preserved across the bump: all five inputs (generation_mode, pr_number, base_ref, commit_history_count, pr_history_count) and both secrets are still declared with compatible types in the new ref, and deferred-title remains a valid generation mode. The new version's header warning about caller permissions is a doc correction — the job-level permissions block is identical across both SHAs and the caller's pre-existing permissions: {} is untouched, so it's not a regression this PR introduces.
