Summary

Adds one shared SC2AIOptimize integration compatibility authority for bot consumers instead of duplicating connector logic per bot.

  • bumps the additive public API contract from 1.0 to 1.1
  • adds IntegrationContract.hpp for API/UnitView ABI/registry/capability handshake
  • exposes the same authority through the stable C ABI and Python binding
  • adds explicit C++14 -> C ABI consumer proof for older native bots such as MMEvo
  • preserves baseline/OFF semantics on compatibility rejection
  • documents that missing-library/module fallback is a consumer packaging/loading responsibility
  • keeps bot/framework policy and types outside SC2AIOptimize

Intended integration

  • MMEvo can consume the stable C ABI without adopting SC2AIOptimize's C++20 public headers.
  • Future MetaSwarm MSAPIOpt can consume the Python edge from the same compatibility authority.
  • This PR does not implement MSAPIOpt runtime integration or change bot gameplay.

Proof

Existing CI exercises Windows/Linux core, Python, C ABI, sanitizers, static analysis, installed consumer and ISA gates. This PR adds compatibility-contract tests and a C++14 C-ABI consumer target to the existing C-ABI matrix.
