S15-S19
Adds the first larger framework-independent Compute jobs without taking ownership of bot strategy semantics.
Cheapness / correctness
The larger native boundary is not assumed to win. Influence keeps an exact reference implementation. Pathing exposes Dijkstra as reference mode and retains workspace capacity across calls. Placement and score selection use caller-owned outputs/data. Combat refuses to encode unproven weapon/armor assumptions.
Validation
Draft until Release CI passes C++ and Python integration on Ubuntu and Windows.
