Summary

  • Build and test CPython 3.11–3.14 manylinux_aarch64 wheels on a native GitHub ARM64 runner. The release tag and PyPI/GitHub publishing jobs now require the ARM64 wheel gate.
  • Add native Linux ARM64 C++ and installed CMake consumer CI, plus a repaired-wheel test for AArch64 architecture and bundled OpenMP.
  • Bump the package and CMake version to 0.3.10 and document Linux ARM64 source and wheel support.

Compatibility

The ARM64 wheels build in a manylinux_2_28 image. Auditwheel tagged the tested CPython 3.11 and 3.14 wheels for both manylinux_2_27_aarch64 and manylinux_2_28_aarch64. The manually tested Jetson server's glibc version was not recorded; check getconf GNU_LIBC_VERSION there before relying on the wheel.

Verification

  • Portable C++ build: 187 CTest cases passed on x86-64; installed CMake consumer passed.
  • Built and installed a local 0.3.10 CPython 3.13 wheel in a temporary package target; Python suite: 399 passed, 2 platform-specific skips.
  • Python lint/format check, strict MkDocs build, release automation tests, workflow configuration checks, and git diff --check passed.
  • All PR checks passed on the final commit. Native ARM64 C++ passed; both repaired ARM64 PR wheels passed 400 Python tests with one macOS-only skip. PR builds cover CPython 3.11 and 3.14; release builds cover 3.11–3.14.
