Summary
Require Pyright in the Python 3.11/3.14 CI matrix to check public type examples and related tests. Provision Node 24 and a pinned development-only Pyright extra. Fail on errors, warnings, missing tools, or missed diagnostics for intentional invalid calls.
Testing
git diff --checkpassed. Workflow validation used a local allowlist for the existing Windows runner label, which the installed actionlint catalog does not recognize.Local tests used Python 3.13; the actual Python 3.11/3.14 matrix remains for PR CI.
