Getting Started

# Install dependencies
npm install

# Run dev server
npm run dev

Open http://localhost:3000.

GitHub Sync Setup

1. Create a GitHub OAuth App
   • Homepage URL: http://localhost:3000
   • Callback URL: http://localhost:3000/api/auth/callback/github
2. Fill in .env.local:

NEXTAUTH_SECRET=<run: openssl rand -base64 32>
NEXTAUTH_URL=http://localhost:3000
GITHUB_CLIENT_ID=<your client id>
GITHUB_CLIENT_SECRET=<your client secret>

3. Click Settings → Connect GitHub in the app
