Hi, I'm Aaron 👋

I'm a delivery focussed engineering leader 👨‍💻 who has been architecting, building and shipping enterprise software since 2014. Over the years, I've found my true passion in building efficient teams and highly scalable technical solutions, mostly in the streaming and OTT space.

What I'm doing at the minute:

  • 🔭 Leading engineering for strategic accounts at Deltatre, shipping the Vesper streaming platform for major media and sports brands
  • 🤖 Rolling out AI tooling across engineering orgs and building towards an autonomous software development lifecycle
