Move default port selection from yargs into command initialization so an omitted port remains distinguishable from an explicitly configured
3000. Git worktrees still receive a branch-derived port when no port is configured, while--portandAEM_PORToverrides—including.envsettings—are honored.This preserves automatic collision avoidance without overriding fixed-port requirements. Includes regression coverage for port selection and CLI/environment precedence, plus documentation of the behavior.
