Rebuild pkgdown site and stop ignoring docs/ - #6

The site was stale: it still showed the old title ("Network Analysis
Toolkit for Biological Graphs") and the pre-Authors@R rendering of the
author name. Rebuilt with pkgdown::build_site().
Also removed `docs/` from .gitignore, which was both contradictory and
actively harmful. GitHub Pages publishes the site from docs/, so those
files have to be tracked -- and they were, since .gitignore does not
affect already-tracked paths. The entry only had the effect of hiding
every *new* file pkgdown generated.
That had already bitten: this build produces docs/news/, because NEWS.md
was added earlier in the CRAN work, and the navbar now links to
news/index.html. Committing only the tracked modifications would have
published a Changelog link returning 404. The ignore entry also hid the
.md page mirrors and llms.txt that current pkgdown emits alongside the
HTML.
48 files modified, 33 newly tracked.
