Daily refresh run has failed strict pin verification since ~2026-07-18 (3x pin_mismatch). Diffs pinned->HEAD reviewed via compare API: all three are clean fast-forwards (behind_by 0), coherent release work, no history rewrites. mcp-server and actp-kernel pins unchanged (already current).
