Add the missing Jekyll front matter, rename the file to the required YYYY-MM-DD-title.md form, add the excerpt separator, drop the placeholder H1 and a leftover commented-out image reference, and fix the pymarkdown failures that were breaking CI. Drop Figure 1's per-diagram theme override and the backticks in mermaid labels so all three figures render with the site theme. Title, date and author are placeholders to be confirmed before publish.
