Drake asked for the Turing page to show the normal menu.

  • /turing/ now uses the shared six-section header instead of its own two links.
  • The shared header had stopped staying pinned on wide screens on every page: overflow-x: hidden on html and body breaks position: sticky. Switched to overflow-x: clip. Phones keep the scroll-away header.

Checks: cargo test 78 passed; build and verify PASS; header pinned at 1280 wide on /, /machine/, /research/, a paper page and /turing/; no sideways scroll at 390.

/turing/ swaps its two-link header for the shared six-section header.
The shared header had stopped pinning on wide screens on every page:
overflow-x hidden on html and body made the page its own scroll box,
which breaks position sticky. overflow-x clip keeps the no-sideways-
scroll guard without that side effect. Phones keep the scroll-away
header, as site-nav.css intends.
