Derived from nonsleepr/ghidra-cli PCode/analyzer work (ac60bcc, 1a78da4) and the four-bug fix set (a3cc1bc), adapted onto the akiselev-latest + electricazimuth tree. Includes PCode access, analyzer list/set/re-run, outgoing function-call discovery, graph caller ref handling, string-reference lookup, read-only patch support, and import/export limit handling. Bookmark and nonsleepr packaging/output-policy changes are intentionally excluded.
