Evidence

• Anthropic author completed on attempt 3; OpenAI critic completed on attempt 1
• all three Anthropic revision attempts returned before timeout and failed structured-response validation
• run exhausted after 959,119 ms of active provider time, inside the 1,200,000 ms cap
• no authentication, timeout, credit, or quota signal occurred
• no revised artifact, second critique, approval, export, or submission occurred
• only anonymized aggregates are committed; private material and provider output remain local
