Code runs in Matlab 2016a.
Main loop is "networkSim.m". Call defaultParams to set parameters to default values, then adjust individually. Alternatively, run scripts with names "runStats...", "runSims...", "sim...".
A folder whose name is specified as a parameter must be present in the same directory. Default value is "figuresSet9".
