- Remove broken sect_k1_base_field header
- Replace m31_base_field with mersenne31
- Make fpn satisfy the extension contract
- Consolidate duplicate Goldilocks types
- Cleanup ExtendedField concepts
- Remove some obsolete headers I noticed (assert.hpp in various libs)
