Adds backend-aware recovery of polynomial X-norm representations satisfying P² - XQ² = g.
Adds context-backed multiplication of polynomial X-norm representations, providing the composition operation needed to combine factor representations in subsequent arbitrary-polynomial recovery work
Based on #155 (and not directly on master) because I need a branch with both PRs for development purposes.
This comes from the aadp application, but it is a general finite-field polynomial primitive: it is independent of application policy, coefficient-field choice, and multiplication backend.
The full work is split between this PR and the one coming next.
