Adds owned surface discovery and selection, mapped-buffer uploads, SPIR-V shader modules, and typed idle waits. It also fixes TinyCC/Volk symbol interposition on Linux. Validated with ergonomic unit tests under GCC and TinyCC, validation-enabled lifecycle runs under both compilers, and the OpenCL/Vulkan particle zero-copy smoke on an NVIDIA GTX 1060.
