Create Movie

As a User, I should be able to create a Move meta information.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Should be able to create a movie
2. Movie should be validated against title, if title already exist, User should not be able allowed to create it again
3. Title name (suggest similar title names, which already exist in system)
4. Title should be unique, for the year and language
5. Each movie can have meta data like Title, Release Year, Language, Director, Cast & Crew
6. Cast and Crew details should include Director, Actors, Music Director, Producers, Singers
7. Only Admin would be able to create movie (Authorization would be done only in later stage and not part of this user story)
8. API would be split into two parts - CreateMovie should only accept Title, Release Year, Language. UpdateMovie should allow to create/update meta information like Cast & Crew.
9. Should allow to upload poster for movie.
