Maven 3.10 rejects the duplicate maven-resources-plugin declaration in package/pom.xml; the removed copy had no configuration, and the effective POM under Maven 3.9.16 is identical without it.

Backport of #912 to
unomi-3.0.x, which is on Develocity extension 2.1: updatesdevelocity-maven-extensionto 2.6.0 andcommon-custom-user-data-maven-extensionto 2.4.0, matching master.Maven 3.10 also rejects the duplicate
maven-resources-plugindeclaration inpackage/pom.xml, so this PR removes the second copy. It had no configuration, and the effective POM under Maven 3.9.16 is identical without it.Verified:
mvn validate(JDK 17) → all 77 modules pass under Maven 3.10.0 and 3.9.16.
