Summary

Dependency sweep — targeted security bumps (in-range, lockfile-only):

  • uv 0.12.15 → 0.12.23 (medium) — fixes alert #266
  • multidict 6.8.0 → 6.9.1 in uv.lock, 6.8.0 → 7.0.0 in templates/python-uv/uv.lock (medium) — fixes alert #265 and alert #264; transitive, in-range for each consumer
  • oauthlib 3.3.1 → 4.0.0 (medium) — fixes alert #261 and alert #262; transitive via google-auth-oauthlib → requests-oauthlib

Note: a broad uv lock --upgrade refresh was tried first but also bumped ty 0.0.81 → 0.0.85, which turned a pre-existing deprecation note in templates/python-mcp-proxy/my_actor/server.py (@asynccontextmanager return-type annotation) into a hard ty check failure — unrelated to the security fixes. Narrowed to targeted bumps for just the three alerted packages so CI stays green; pyproject.toml is untouched in both projects.
