ADFA-6228: Read class lookups from the JVM symbol index instead of the classpath trie

ADFA-6228

3 of 4, stacked on #2072. Each module builds its own trie of every class on its compile classpath. The same JARs appear in most modules, so the tries duplicate one another. On the moto g34 that is 472,065 nodes across 92 tries, rebuilt on every open. The persistent JVM symbol index already holds each JAR once, across modules and across sessions. This PR moves every trie reader onto the index. The trie itself is still filled, so #2074 can delete it on its own and one revert restores it.

• Readers moved to the index: Java class-name completion, qualified-name resolution, add import, auto-fix imports and import path completion, plus the XML layout tag completers. Each lookup is scoped to its module. A module sees only its own output and the modules it compiles against, and a test checks that.
• Module output gets its own index scope. Project module output JARs were not in the library index, so they would have been missing.
• Indexing state is visible. The first open now indexes JARs that the trie used to walk synchronously. While indexing runs, lookups return partial results and never block. The editor shows "Indexing libraries (n/m)" in the build status slot; a running build keeps the slot. The Java LSP drops its completion cache when indexing finishes, so partial results do not stick.
• Add import shows immediately. Its prepare() runs on the UI thread and used to query the classpath. It now does no I/O there and looks the class up in the background.
• A trie-vs-index differential test on real JARs pins parity for every query the readers make.

Behaviour changes, all intended:

• Java class-name completion is prefix-only and capped at 50. The trie fuzzy-matched without a limit.
• A Java file outside any module gets only static in import completion.
• Class-name completion still offers package-private classes from other packages, as the trie did. Add import filters them out.

Checked on a moto g34 at font scale 1.0 and 2.0: status text and progress bar without clipping, restored after an activity recreation, init text not overwritten, build status kept while indexing, no flash on a warm open. Not checked: cancel during indexing, and indexing ending with no build running. This project runs out of memory on that device before any indexing pass finishes, with or without this stack (see #2074).

• ImportCompletionProvider with no module (jatezzz): accepted. The PR body now lists it as an intended behaviour change, so I am not raising it again.
• AutoFixImportsAction lookups under the compile lock (coderabbit): not fixed. Re-raised in its thread.
• JarIndexingServiceProgressTest reporter (coderabbit): not fixed. Re-raised in its thread.

Considered and not posted:

• compileClasspathClasses is still filled on every setup with no reader left. #2074 deletes it, as this PR's body says.
• ProjectManagerImpl.indexingServiceManager is lazily re-created after destroy(). Stage has the same lazy pattern, and the next project session reuses that manager, so nothing leaks permanently.
• IndexingProgressTracker keys jobs by source id across services. The KDoc says this is intended. The library and module-output services submit disjoint sets by construction (external classpath vs. classpath minus external), so I could not reproduce an early Idle.

Rule applied. CLAUDE.md moves a ticket to QA only with no outstanding critical, high or medium findings. REVIEW.md asks that each blocking comment be tied to a concrete risk. The IMPORTANT finding names its input and the compile error it causes.
